With seats facing the open kitchen, the Chef’s Counter is an intimate and interactive way to experience Chef Joe Flamm and Chef de Cuisine Brian Motyka's expression of micro-seasonality through a regularly rotating tasting menu that changes along with the Midwest's freshest ingredients.
